Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final. Because Everus Fencing strictly limits enrollment to 16 spots per session to maintain our elite coaching standards, each registration represents a committed resource.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All tuition payments are final upon purchase.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds will only be considered for provable medical emergencies or significant emergent reasons. All such requests must be accompanied by official documentation (e.g., a signed physician’s report).
  • Deduction of Costs: In the event that an exception is granted, any and all refunds provided will be less all fees and costs.
  • Final Cut-off: Strictly no refunds will be issued for any reason after June 1, 2026. We may, at our discretion, offer credit toward a future Everus camp upon receipt of a valid physician’s report.
